A new international training opportunity to explore European Union policies and relations between Europe, the Mediterranean and Africa in greater depth. The Fondazione Collegio Europeo di Parma, in collaboration with the University of Parma, offers two 60 ECTS university master’s programmes, entirely in English, with a blended learning format combining online classes and in-person activities in Parma.
The first-level Master’s programme in European Affairs and Policies (MEAP) examines the European institutional system, decision-making processes and topics such as governance, security, competitiveness and strategic autonomy. The programme includes a study visit to Brussels, an internship and networking activities. It is also possible to continue with the second year of the Master’s degree in Global Politics and International Relations at the University of Parma, thanks to the recognition of the credits earned.
The second-level Master’s programme in EU-MED African Relations and Cooperation Policies (EU-MEDA) focuses on relations between Europe, the Mediterranean and Africa, with particular attention to cooperation, development, migration, energy, the environment and the blue economy. The programme includes study visits, an internship and international networking.
Applications for MEAP are open until 15 October 2026 at 12:00 CET, while applications for EU-MEDA are open until 4 December 2026 at 12:00 CET.
