Pre-enrollment is now officially open for the online Bachelor’s Degree Program in Italian Language and Culture for Foreigners, offered by the Consorzio ICoN (Italian Culture on the Net). This fully online degree program allows students to earn a recognized Italian university degree while benefiting from a flexible learning format that can be adapted to personal and professional commitments.
The program is intended for foreign citizens and Italian citizens residing abroad who wish to deepen their knowledge of the Italian language and culture through a university course specifically designed for this purpose. All teaching activities are delivered online through a digital learning platform, with continuous support from specialized tutors.
For the academic year 2026/2027, the Consorzio ICoN is offering three semester scholarships for eligible candidates enrolling in the first semester of the first year, with classes starting in September 2026 and ending in February 2027.
The scholarships provide partial coverage of the tuition fees for the first semester of the first year of the Bachelor’s Degree Program and are reserved exclusively for students enrolled in the Didactic-Linguistic Curriculum (DIL).
The online application procedure for the scholarship competition will be open from 13 July 2026 to 8 September 2026.
