The Accademia d’Arti e Mestieri dello Spettacolo Teatro alla Scala, in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano, has opened applications for the Global Master in Performing Arts Management, a one-year program designed to train professionals in the fields of management, administration, and production within the performing arts sector.
The initiative offers significant financial support opportunities for outstanding students. In particular, the “Gianluca Spina” Association of Politecnico di Milano provides three scholarships, which will be awarded to selected participants on the basis of merit. Additional scholarships and financial aid opportunities are also available and can be consulted on the program website of the Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Management (POLIMI GSoM).
These opportunities are complemented by the scholarships awarded annually by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) under a specific agreement with Accademia Teatro alla Scala. These scholarships are intended for international students who demonstrate outstanding academic and professional merit.
Applications are open:
- until 30 September for citizens of European Union Member States;
- until 16 September for citizens of non-European Union countries.
The agreement between MAECI and the Academy also provides scholarships for international students enrolled in the Advanced Training Course for Opera singers, a two-year program. For the 2026–2027 academic year, the renewal of scholarships already awarded to beneficiaries of the 2025–2027 is planned, subject to the possible reassignment of any places that may become available.
